Tokyo, Japan - 3 April 2023 - BEENOS Inc. (BEENOS) offers its deepest condolences to the victims and their families of the major earthquake that occurred on 6 February 2023, with the epicenter at the Turkey-Syria border, and extend its heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.
BEENOS (TYO: 3328) has donated a total of 10 million JPY in aid to support the relief of victims and the reconstruction efforts in the affected areas of the Turkey-Syria earthquake. The aid will be donated to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD) through the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Japan and is expected to be used to support ongoing emergency activities such as debris removal. These efforts come in accordance with other efforts of by Akakce (URL: https://www.akakce.com/ ), a company in Turkey and BEENOS investee, such as a 100K USD program to support the E-Commerce SMEs from the region to help them get up and running again.
